Cercedilla 06.01.2020
Cercedilla is a very average town in Madrid area. The only notable thing is that it's a home town for alpine ski racer Francisco Ochoa. The first and the only Spaniard who won an Olympic gold medal.
January 6 is a public holiday in Spain and nothing works at all. It was a challenge to find even open grocery shop. Thus the entire day was very relaxed. Just had a walk here and stayed in the town next to my tomorrow point.
I stopped by at local cafe to buy roscon de Reyes. Local cake usually made for Epiphany celebration only. Nothing special except I found a piece of plastic in my cake (:
The toilet door was really interesting. How it come?
It might be really helpful to have a relaxed day in a trip :)
