In New York it's possible not just hang around in the city and look at the huge buildings like a small ant. There is also a way to hire a helicopter and look at the skyscrapers from the sky! To do that I had to get into a wild industrial area.

There are many companies who try to attract tourists with helicopters. Unfortunately only a couple have sane prices. Well, if you're lucky enough to get a discount.

Guys take security very seriously. Tourists have to lock all their belongings, empty the pockets. Cameras and phones will be sticked somehow to avoid a fall from helicopter. The flight is over the city. I guess no pedestrian out there will be happy to catch a even a brand new on his head.

The helicopter makes a hanging stop over every interesting place, then makes a U turn to allow passengers on the other side to look and take some pictures.

It's way too loud during the flight. Fortunately there are special soundproof headsets which make the life easier.

Sometimes it seems that building were so close, that I could touch it with my hand.

I just realized that the entire thing shocked that much, that I didn't take any interesting picture but the city view.

Interesting, how much gas do they need for 20-30 minutes flight?
