Novosibirsk 20.05.2018
Even though I was in Novosibirsk by the end of May, I was very lucky that there was no snow (it was still snowing just 2 days before my arrival).
It was fresh, around +14C, but it also was sunny and comfortable.
There are tons old Soviet buildings in the city.
Some buildings are beautiful or at least interesting.
Nowadays there are new "modern"-styled buildings among those olds ones. It doesn't look so cool already. Especially the Batman building (the one with ears and it's visible almost from any point in the city center).
There are huge holes on the roads. It's city center!
Metro is very Soviet. It looks like travel to the past.
The trains are much shorter than in Moscow, however there are much less passengers as well.
Street musicians.
Novosibirsk is a third city in Russia, but it's really tricky to find an interesting route: there are simply just a few places to visit. So I came to a riverside to check local fishermen.
Riverside was reconstructed to 150 years city foundation celebration, but there are still things to do.
